Returns & Refunds.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed as once the item is used we cannot give a refund as they will be unsalable and unhygienic. The product comes with 1.3meters x 1.5 meters of netting, please take into consideration the extra size of netting you have to use to make slack for the window handles. We recommend to first put the tape up then cut the net one at a time for each window since there will be extra net than tape to counter for mistakes that may occur in the cutting of the nets. If you are unsure about the refund process please message us first prior to ordering.
